If Nadal and Djokovic were never born, would Federer be the greatest athelete of all time?

Think about it, he would win pretty much every grand slam for almost his whole career. Nobody would ever be able to dominate a sport as much as he would have, not even the greats like Bradman, Maradona, Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods. His career would have just been win and after, what do you think?
