What is the best place in America to start a militia?

I want to start a militia group. I live Outside of Orlando and this is hardly the place to do it. I'm thinking of starting one either in the woods of Oregon, Montana, or the New Jersey pine barrons. What is the best place in the USA to start my own militia?
