I can't re-install my copy of Oblivion on PC due to a Cyclic Redundancy Check?

The disk itself has a few scratches however they are quite small and i have tried to repolish the disk several times but it hasn't helped. I was wondering if there's a way to just install it without worrying about the CRC.
