A colleague has had a s****l assault charge brought against him. Will it amount to anything?

It's sounds like her credibility is down the the office drain! You,i mean,he has an impeccable clean slate & if this never happened b-4 they will no doubt throw it out. Who's going to really slander/perger themselves for her? I doubt it will get passed the grand jury. It's all different when it's all 'in front' and personable. She may have caused problems b-4 w/other jobs. That would be Splendid for you! It's a good chance given her character she did..You'll,i mean he'll win-if all you say is true,& i think ya did..Best wishes to all...
